- At 00:05 EST the death of personality via mindwipe is carried out on Charles Dexter a notorious serial killer known as the "Black Rose Killer" on Earth Colony 3 in the Orion System.[1] At the facility where his mindwipe occurs, there is a fire and he is presumed killed. He survives and eventually becomes Brother Edward.
