- The Earth Alliance surveys the population of Regula IV and discover they have an average lifespan fifteen years greater than normal Humans. [2]
- Lyta Alexander returns to Mars to check and see if Garibaldi has kept up his end of their bargain and built a force to hurt the Psi Corps. [3][4]
- The Telepath Resistance launches an attack on the Psi Corp that begins the Telepath War.[3][5]
- The Technomage Kane manages to plant a visual transmitter on Emperor Londo Mollari while he
- The exiled First Ones known as The Hand find a way back into this universe.[6]
- A race at the edge of Interstellar Alliance space that have allied of The Hand, successfully petition the Alliance for membership.[6]
