Bernadette II was a twenty-third century pope of the Roman Catholic Church. In early 2267, in the face of rioting and economic collapse caused by the Drakh plague and the quarantine of Earth, Bernadette publicly announced a day of prayer and fasting, and urged all churches of the Catholic faith to support the scientific quest for a cure.[1]

It is unclear whether the reign of Bernadette II extended back to 2261, when Michael Garibaldi made reference to a female pope serving at the time.[2]
