Calir was an elder of the Minbari Warrior Caste in 2243.

Calir brought Lenonn the news that the Council of Caste Elders would not fulfill his request for more support for the Anla'Shok, and that the caste elders felt that the Rangers had become an unnecessary burden. He then relayed Lenonn's request to take the matter before the Grey Council. ^[1]
