The Destruction of Daltron VII occurred six years after the end of the Second Shadow War.
The Drakh, former associates of the Shadows, had tested a Shadow Death Cloud on Daltron VII in anticipation of their upcoming attack on Earth and the Interstellar Alliance.
The planet became devoid of lifeforms, uninhabitable, its atmosphere unbreathable for humanoid life, contaminated with carbon ash and particulate matter. The surface was disrupted, pinpointed with craters. The temperature had decreased below the freezing point of water, and the planet's core was also significantly colder than it should have been.
