Ellison was a member of the Earthforce Marine Corps, or "ground-pounders".
History
In 2259, Ellison served in the 356th Infantry Division under General Richard Franklin and was dispatched to Babylon 5, ostensibly as relief troops for Io, but in reality headed for the planet Sh'lassen planet Akdor as a part of Operation Sudden Death. Upon arriving at Babylon 5, Sergeant Major Plug pulled him out of line, telling him he was with Green Squad.
It is unknown if Ellison survived or was killed in action on Akdor while assaulting the rebel stronghold at Matok. [1]
