Abbut was a Vicker who was hired by Ambassador Kosh to record specific thoughts and memories from Talia Winters.
History[]
Abbut exhibited a strange personality that was mostly jovial and welcoming, but also cryptic. He enjoyed drinking Jovian Sunspots. In 2258, Abbut knew Ambassador Kosh and was asked by him to record thoughts and images from the mind of Talia Winters, in case Kosh should need to use them in the future. The two traded idioms and non sequiturs while Abbut discreetly recorded her thoughts on a data crystal. He also asked her for a drink, but she refused. At the end of the "negotiations", Abbut handed Kosh the crystal and excused himself, again inviting Winters out as he left.[1]
