Felicia was a Mars Resistance fighter. She led Garibaldi, Dr. Franklin and Lyta Alexander through a series of old access tunnels to the facilities where Captain Sheridan was being held by the forces of Earthforce loyal to President Clark. Afterwards she refused to go any further.[1]
