Jim Latimere was a historian from the University of York in the twenty-fourth century.
In 2362, he moderated an educational stellarcast on the one hundredth anniversary of the Interstellar Alliance alongside political scientist Dr. Barbara Tashaki from the University of Japan at Tokyo and psychologist Dr. William Exeter from New York University. Unlike Tashaki and Exeter, fierce critics of John Sheridan, Latimere took a more moderate stance.[1]
