Miss Chambers was an ISN reporter who was granted an interview with ISA President John Sheridan on the tenth anniversary of the foundation of the Interstellar Alliance in 2271.
Miss Chambers questioned whether or not when Sheridan took command of Babylon 5, he could foresee that he would end up as President of an Interstellar Alliance. She also inquired as to the whereabouts of Citizen G'Kar, who was exploring space beyond the rim. [1]
