Verano was a Centauri nobleman in the court of Emperor Cartagia.
After citizen G'Kar was captured and brought to the Royal Palace on Centauri Prime in January 2261, Verano was among those to publicly humiliate the Narn, offering him water in exchange for a polite request. When he refused to do so, he poured the water on the floor.[1]
