Xavier Darabuto was a shopkeeper who set up shop on Babylon 5's Zócalo.
In 2259, Darabuto made some indiscreet comments about President Morgan Clark's administration – namely, the new regulations on imports. Unbeknownst to him, he was reported on by station personnel acting for the Nightwatch. He was later taken away by the Nightwatch pending charges of sedition.[1]
