Is this wiki to be written in-universe or out? That is, should events be described as though the writer is in the Babylon 5 universe or ours? Does a character exist between year X and Y, or episodes X and Y? Is any mention to be made of behind-the-scenes components, or of the actors who portrayed characters on the show?
