Dr. Franz Mueller was a human doctor and a specialist in advanced molecular biology. By 2260 he had published two papers on the subject and the only EA doctor to have done any work in this area. When Babylon 5 was threatened by an unknown alien probe, Mueller was contacted while on vacation by a Dr. Gonzales to answer two molecular biology questions.[1]
