G'Dan was a member of the Narn Resistance during the Second Centauri Occupation of Narn.
In late 2260, he was among the Narns that G'Kar lead into the passages beneath the old Kha'Ri government building to kill Lord Refa. He participated in the brutal slaying of Refa. [1]

- Based on the conversation G'Dan had with G'Kar, the two apparently had some familiarity with one another prior to the Centauri occupation.
