The "Great Maker" is the name of creator or god that has been adopted by many worlds.^[1] So old and widespread is belief in the Great Maker that it's true origins are lost to history, though it has followers from races as distant and unrelated as Ikarrans^[2], Centauri^[3], Drazi^[4] and Humans. Out of the many "Maker" religions, most are monotheistic and prohibit the keeping of alien gods. The notable exception to this are the Centauri who include the Maker in a Pantheon of fifty or so gods.^[5]
