"I'm here with your weather report for the evening. I see rain, lightning, thunder...and your head nailed to that wall over there if you don't tell me what my friend and I need to know. Any questions?"
- – Marcus Cole to Isaac
In January 2261, Isaac received a tip from Montagne at IPX that lead him to an abandoned Starfury floating dead in Sector 87. After salvaging the craft he sold parts of it to a trader on Zafran VII. A week or so later, citizen G'Kar tracked a piece of the salvage back to Isaac having discovered a partial serial number that matched the ID number of the Starfury Michael Garibaldi was piloting when he went missing from Babylon 5 space almost two weeks ago. Meeting Isaac in a bar on a Centauri, G'Kar demanded to know who had told him where to find the ship, hoping to find what had happened to Garibaldi. Before Isaac could elaborate, Harry the bar's owner interrupted and tried to force the Narn to leave, though it quickly deteriorated into a brawl following the arrival of Anla'shok Marcus Cole. Harry tripped the alarm and the pair were forced to run.
Later, Cole tracked Isaac to his room and forced him to disclose Montagne's name and IPX's involvement.
