Johnny was a character in a Psi Corps recruitment vid, played by a young actor. In the fictional scenario "Johnny" was latent telepath who had gone unnoticed by the Corps until late in his early childhood. Despite this, he later prospered as a member of the Psi Corps.

He lamented that his peers beat him up because he could feel their thoughts to some extent. Suddenly one day a Psi Cop appeared in his house, opening up to Johnny a whole new world of possible accomplishments. Johnny joined Psi Corps and within two weeks became a shining example of the ways in which the Corps work for the public good. ^[1]
