Lara was a Centauri woman in the Centauri Royal Palace.

In 2260-2261 Lara was fancied by Emperor Cartagia and he would play games with her where he wore her clothes.

In 2262, she came to inform Prime Minister Londo Mollari that his transport was ready. Mollari then asked Lara if he could borrow her dress. Lara complied with the request and removed her clothes without hesitation. She went on to tell him how the deceased Cartagia also played games, but that Mollari was not her size. Mollari told Lara that he would "make do" and kept his true intentions secret: using her dress to disguise an imprisoned Narn, Na'Toth, and spirit her from the cells beneath the palace.[1]
