Lara is a Centauri woman in the Centauri Royal Palace.
In 2262, Prime Minister Londo Mollari asked Lara if he could borrow her dress. Lara complied with the request and removed her clothes without hesitation. She went on to tell him how the deceased emperor Cartagia also liked playing with her by dressing in her clothes, but that Mollari was not her size. Mollari told Lara not to worry, keeping his true intentions secret: using her dress to disguise an imprisoned Narn and spirit her from the cells beneath the palace.[1]
