Montagne was an employee of IPX.[1]
In January 2261, Montagne tipped off a salvage merchant named Isaac as to the whereabouts of an abandoned Starfury floating dead in Sector 87, in exchange for a ten percent cut of the salvage money. The craft had belonged to Babylon 5 and was piloted by Michael Garibaldi when he was abducted by the Shadows a week or so prior.
