Osiyrin was a Techno-mage and lived sometime around 1200.[1]
Osiyrin had heavily studied the Drakh around the time of the Second Shadow War.
Later in life he became the first Techno-mage to be reprimanded by the The Circle, soon after it was formed by Wierden.
