Paretti was a Human and member of the board of directors of Edgars Industries. In 2262, he and his fellow board members hired an assassin to eliminate Michael Garibaldi and Lise Hampton-Edgars. After the assassin was thwarted, the board framed Gregory Fitch, Edgars Industries' head of security.[1]
