Commander Philip Framer was the first officer aboard the EAS Charon in 2266 before unofficially transferring to the Victory with Captain Anderson. Framer was killed in action along with the rest of the Victory's crew when it rammed the Shadow planetkiller during the Drakh attack of Earth. ^[1]
