Treel is a blue and white Centauri fish and a popular dish usually served in a tawloo fat sauce and is normally eaten with a chopstick-like utensil.^[1][2]

Ivanova and Rabbi Koslov enjoyed it when they had dinner together in 2258. The Rabbi asked Susan Ivanova if it was kosher (and Susan said she didn't know) but Rabbi Koslov decided to eat it anyway since "Treel" wasn't mentioned on the Torah.
